About us
Since 1989, the family-run GEMEX company has specialised in exporting fruit and vegetables.

Since February 2016, GEMEX has moved to Genk in its new building, where the offices, storage and refrigeration have been brought together under one roof. In 2022, the expansion was inaugurated in Genk, doubling the surface area.

All products are purchased daily fresh from the various suppliers and Belgian fruit and vegetable auctions and delivered the same day by our subsidiary, ACF-transport, using its own refrigerated trucks.

Its good location near the major fruit auctions guarantees a daily fresh product, especially during the strawberry season.

To get our fruit and vegetables to our customers' doorstep, we have our own fleet of trucks under the company name ACF. 11 trucks and 12 trailers take care of this. On the one hand, they ensure that the products bought in the morning arrive on time in the afternoon, and on the other, they take care of transport from Genk to our customers. They are also used for third parties, such as return shipments from Germany after the vegetables have been delivered. We are very proud of our experienced drivers who always do their work well and are our first point of contact for customers. Some of them have been with us for more than 30 years and still do their utmost for us.
